A visa to enter Russia is required for most foreign participants. LOC provides visa support for participants registered before July 29, 2011. For these participants LOC will send out official invitations in the period from 15 till 30 September 2011 to be submitted by you to the Russian consulate in your country. Alternatively, a touristic visa to Russia can be obtained with a prepaid voucher from many hotels (you can receive this information in concrete hotel, please, see the list of Moscow hotels). Participants are encouraged to apply for the visa well in advance in order to avoid last minute problems. LOC cannot guaranty visa support for people without presentation in 2M-S3.
