Both instruments of SCA-1 complex are working from August 14, have very low background, and reasonable sensitivity. Several periods of fast measurements were performed around expected bow shock location, and a number of shock crossings were recorded by EU-1 in both NP-1 and NP-2 modes. At least one fast mode period was triggered by another instrument that have seen abrupt plasma change. EV-2 recorded several events of superthermal ions in the magnetosheath. Both instruments show good performance, except we met some difficulties with timely changes of modes both by ground commands, and by onboard prerecorded commands.
