INSPIRE is a non-profit scientific, educational corporation whose objective is observing natural and manmade radio waves in the audio region by high school students.
Now in progress is the scheduling of the APRIL99 INTMINS campaign.

Background

During INTMINS sessions Ariel and Istochnik instrumentation on the MIR station inject plasma blobs and beams of electrons into the ionospheric plasma. As a rule this sessions are planed for two periods of each year, at April and November. MIR operations are scheduled during weekends over the USA, Europe and Russia.
The scheduling of the session is based on the prediction of the MIR tracks near the selected towns which participate in the INSPIRE program.
